KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Dr. Otis Stephens, acting associate dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and professor of political science at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, will speak at the April 21 meeting of the Knox County chapter of the UT National Alumni Association.
A 6:30 p.m. social time, including a tour of the Taylor College of Law, will be followed by the 7:30 p.m. program in Room 132, Taylor College of Law, 1505 West Cumberland Ave.
