PHILADELPHIA, Penn. — The Philadelphia chapter of the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association is hosting its annual Penn Relays Event on April 24.
A social time will begin at 7 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. in the International House, 3701 Chestnut St.
