UT Community Programs Offers First On-Line Course (90)

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Registration is underway for the first entirely on-line course offered by University of Tennessee Community Programs.

 The aptly named class, “Plug into the Wired World: Civilization in the 21st Century,” begins Feb. 2.

Dr. Robert Loest, who heads IPS Advisory, Inc., a local investment firm, will lead the class in an exploration of the economic and social impacts of the Information Age.
