WUOT-FM Offers Super Bowl Alternative

 KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — East Tennessee public radio station WUOT, 91.9 FM, is scheduled to broadcast Symphony Bowl X, a musical alternative to the professional football championship.

 Station officials said the 10th championship of the fantasy National Symphony League, a production of Detroit’s WDET-FM and the “Listening Room,” will be broadcast from 7-9 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 25.

 Chris Felcyn will anchor the competition, joined by color commentator Joan MacFarlane and field correspondent Don Gonyea reporting backstage.
