KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Two Morgan County students are recent recipients of scholarships from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.
Valerie L. Diden, 3115 Knoxville Highway, Wartburg, earned a $1,500 valedictorian scholarship at UT-Knoxville for her accomplishment at Central High School. She is the daughter of Johnny and Wanda Diden.
Jamie N. Jones, P.O. Box 311, Wartburg, earned a $1,500 upperclass scholarship at UT-Knoxville. She is the daughter of James and Roberta Jones.
