KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — “Major in Success,” an academic fair for University of Tennessee-Knoxville students, is scheduled 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Nov. 19, in the University Center ballroom.
Sponsored by the Undergraduate Academic Council of the Student Government Association, the fair will showcase the academic offerings of UT-Knoxville.
Sarah Harrison, an organizer of the event, said the fair is intended to provide students who have not selected a major the opportunity to learn more about the departments and majors of each college.
Students who have decided on a major can use the fair to find out more about electives available to them within their major, Harrison said.
Representatives of the Office of Career Services also will be on hand to help students link career aspirations with study choices.
