KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Four Madison County students are recent recipients of scholarships from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.
The recipients:
— Khoa Hoang, 45 Woodard Drive, Jackson, earned a $1,500 valedictorian scholarship at UT-Knoxville for his accomplishment at North Side High School. Khoa’s parents are Tru and Hiep Hoang.
— Wendy M. King, 265 Parker Drive, Jackson, earned a $1,500 freshman scholarship at UT-Knoxville. She is the daughter of Steven A. King.
— William S. Ragon, 88 Willow Ridge Cove, earned a $1,500 valedictorian scholarship at UT-Martin for his accomplishment at Jackson Christian School. He is the son of Bill and Jayne Ragon.
— Ginger Stanford, 1166 Mifflin Road, Jackson, earned a $1,500 community college scholarship at UT-Martin. Formerly a student at Jackson State Community College, she is the daughter of Jimmy and Linda Stanford.
