KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– Charles McGinley, P.O. Box 548, Savannah, is a recent recipient of a scholarship from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.
McGinley, a graduate of Hardin County High School, earned a $1,500 freshman scholarship at UT-Knoxville. He is the son of Creed and Yainieh McGinley.
