KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– Karissa Ashley Walker, Chattanooga, is a recent recipient of the four-year Andrew D. Holt Scholarship at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
Walker, the daughter of Deborah and Glenn Walker, is a graduate of Red Bank High School, where she was a member of the National Honor Society, Academic Decathlon Team, co-valedictorian and co-editor of the yearbook.
The Holt scholarship, funded through unrestricted annual giving to UT, is worth $3,000 annually. Walker is a physical therapy major.
