KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — University of Tennessee alumni and friends in Colorado will gather Aug. 17 at the Coors Recreation Complex in Golden for their annual picnic.
The eighthi Southeastern Conference Picnic is sponsored by the Rocky Mountain chapter of the UT National Alumni Association.
The event starts at noon and includes a barbecue and catfish lunch. Cost of the meal is $13.50 for adults and $5 for children. Reservations can be made until Aug. 7 by calling Keith Owenby at 303-690-1997 or 303-935-6505.
The UT-Rocky Mountain chapter hosts a monthly mixer the first Wednesday of each month at Choppers, 80 S. Madison, Cherry Creek North.
