Ticket deadline for the University of Tennessee’s All Sports Picnic is July 17.
The 31st annual gathering of UT alumni and friends is set for 6 p.m., July 24, at the National Guard Armory, 3041 Sidco Dr., at the I-65 Armory Exit.
The picnic, which features a barbecue buffet, is sponsored by the UT National Alumni Association.
UT President Joe Johnson, Phillip Fulmer, Pat Summitt and Jerry Green will speak. John Ward, “Voice of the Vols,” will emcee.
Ticket reservations may be sent to Worrick Robinson, 444 James Robertson Parkway, #201, Nashville, 37219. Advance tickets are $15 for adults and $5 students. At-the-door prices rise $5. Ticket proceeds support an alumni freshman scholarship for a Davidson County student.
