At the heart of the Center for Entrepreneurial Law is an academic concentration that prepares students for careers in planning business transactions, drafting documents, and counseling business clients on compliance with the law.

The Center is also working to form mutually beneficial partnerships with private industry and to contribute significantly to the body of knowledge about entrepreneurial law.
