KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The University of Tennessee’s master of public health degree program will
celebrate its 25th anniversary on Sept. 20 with a reception and lecture for students and alumni.
Dr. Fredia S. Wadley, commissioner of the Tennessee department of health, will speak at 5 p.m. in the University Center Shiloh Room.
Dr. June Gorski, UT-Knoxville professor of health, leisure and safety sciences, will give a brief
overview of the master of public health program. Refreshments will be served in the Crest Room
prior to the program.
